Elaboration of Manchego Sausage
Castilla-La Mancha has the well-deserved seal of being the land of good food, a tradition that we have been contributing to for 30 years in Embutidos Cuerda, thanks to a tasty offer of artisanal products. In our sausage factory in Albacete we prepare different meat dishes in the most traditional style, as has always been done, to leave the palate with the taste of the authentic.
Sausages at the Orza
The elaborations to the orza are a classic of the Castilian gastronomy that do not lack in our offer. We make sausage casseroles as they used to, making marinated pork meat with salt, natural spices, laurel, vinegar or oil, to fry it and keep it in its own fat.
Among our sausages of an orza there is no lack of tenderloin, rib, sausage and sausage. Precooked products that can be consumed directly or heated to taste.
In addition to sausage of orza, in our factory we prepare fresh products, such as chorizo, chistorra from La Mancha, mini sausage, white sausages, white sausage or black sausage. Made with lean pork meats and seasoned with salt and natural spices, such as pepper or paprika, to give them their characteristic flavor and prolong their conservation once they reach the table.
Packaged in different formats and presentations, ready to cook and consume.
